4-day working week, as part of a Shorter Working Week Trial
We are currently trialling a Shorter Working Week.
All our full-time employees work a 30-hour week with a Friday off as standard until May 2025.
Hybrid working
We ask employees to be office-based for at least two days of the week, with your remaining days working from home.
Family-friendly policies
Our Gender Neutral Leave policy allows gender equality in our benefits to new families, with up to 52 weeks of leave and 26 weeks paid time off.
We offer policies to support life events, such as pregnancy loss, dependence leave and a period policy.
Flexible working
Anyone is able to request flexible working at any time throughout their employment.
Pay transparency
We provide a fully transparent and benchmarked salary guide with clear levels and positions.
Time off
We allow up to 25 days a year and eight public holidays.
In addition to annual leave, our offices typically close between Christmas and New Year.
Staff also have the ability to claim back any time worked over our usual hours.
Healthcare insurance
We pay for our employees to be covered by healthcare insurance which can include counselling support where required.
Pension
We contribute 7% on top of your salary to a private pension when you contribute 1% or more.
