Camille Massey

Advisory Council Member

Camille is President and CEO of Synergos, a global organisation that pioneered the use of bridging leadership, building trust and collaboration to solve complex problems.

Before joining Synergos in November 2023, she was Founding Executive Director of the Sorensen Center for International Peace and Justice.

She previously served as Vice President for Global Strategy and Programs at the Council on Foreign Relations and in senior positions at the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative and Human Rights First.

Camille founded Cue Global, a strategic consulting business and was appointed the first Human Rights Graduate Fellow at The Carter Center. She serves on the board of Outright International and advisory boards of Global Witness, NYU Stern’s Center for Business and Human Rights, Syracuse University’s Newhouse School, and ERA Coalition.

Camille earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from City University School of Law, and Bachelor of Science (BS) from Syracuse University's Newhouse School.

She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and the American and NYC Bar Associations.
